8. Guided Fishing Experiences If you purchase a guided sea angling experience through our store, the following additional terms apply:

  • Bookings are confirmed upon receipt of full payment
  • Cancellations by you: cancellations made more than 7 days before the experience date will receive a full refund; cancellations within 7 days are non-refundable, though we will offer an alternative date where possible
  • Cancellations by us: in the event of unsafe weather conditions or circumstances beyond our control, we reserve the right to cancel or reschedule. You will be offered a full refund or an alternative date
  • Safety: all participants must follow the safety instructions of the guide at all times. We reserve the right to refuse participation to anyone deemed to pose a safety risk
  • Health & fitness: participants are responsible for ensuring they are fit and able to take part. Please inform us of any medical conditions or mobility requirements in advance

9. Limitation of Liability To the fullest extent permitted by law, Cornwall Angling Company shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential loss arising from your use of our products or services. Our liability is limited to the value of the goods or services purchased. Nothing in these terms limits your statutory rights as a consumer.
